Terms of Service

The service

Sunrise Digital Cards is operated by Sunrise Digital. It lets individuals and companies create, manage, and share digital contact cards.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you publish and for keeping your login credentials secure.

Company administrators are responsible for the employee profiles they create and manage on behalf of their organization.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.

If a payment fails, we will notify you and allow a grace period before any service is suspended. Data is not deleted immediately after a failed payment.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to impersonate others, publish unlawful content, or link to malicious websites. We may suspend profiles that violate these terms.
